What is bacteriostatic water?+
Sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol. The benzyl alcohol acts as a bacteriostatic agent, allowing the vial to be punctured multiple times for laboratory reconstitution use.
Do you sell peptides?+
No. BAC In Stock supplies laboratory and research consumables only — bacteriostatic water, syringes, pen needles, vials, and supplies. We do not sell peptides of any kind.
Which syringe gauge should I pick?+
Higher gauge = thinner needle. 29G and 31G are the common insulin formats; 32G x 4mm is the thinnest standard pen needle. Always defer to a qualified professional for your specific application.
How fast do you ship?+
Orders placed before 3pm CT ship the same business day. Standard transit is 2–5 business days within the USA. Discreet, insulated packaging on every order.
Are products sterile?+
Yes. Every BAC water vial is sterile-filtered and sealed; every syringe and pen needle is EO-sterilized and individually packaged. Lot numbers on every box.
What's your return policy?+
Unopened, factory-sealed product can be returned within 30 days. Opened sterile consumables cannot be returned for safety reasons. Damaged-in-transit is replaced free.
